We will set up our glamping behind on existing cottage, on an empathy area of total 5.319 m2. This terrain, which is a kind of 'island of peace' might be extended with an additional area of 3.300 m2 if it's needed, in eventual later phases.
It is our goal to start with 7 glamping accomodations first, offering 14 quality focused cabins for our guests. Besides we will have a refurbished barn with a net gross floor size of 100m2 suitable for community breakfasts, workshops, dinners, lectures, Christmas dinners, exhibitions, etc.

Our vision divides the concept into three areas, i.e. (i) community area, (ii) glamping/recreation area, (iii) arrival area.
Arrival area
Guest will arrive from the street and will enter a complate unexpected world.
The glamping area
we will start to operate with 7 simple but very stylish, natural look tiny houses. The idea is to offer a spacious bedroom, own toilet, kitchen, terrace with bbq set. Our target group’s are young people between 25 - 45 who want to escape from the busy and stressed daily professional life from the city to a quite, back to the nature and basic area. Their biggest recreation is being between the green and peace without particular lux. While booking the house they can send us their shopping list, which we will collect from local people for breakfast. We will leave the prepared breakfast in a basket on the veranda, so no need to wake up between 7 - 10.00h to catch buffet. The houses will have great view to the hills.
In the village there are running two restaurants so we don’t want to afford against interest, instead, we offer cooperation to share capacities and services. If required we can organize guided walking tours to the highest forest peaks, castles or arrange special teambuilding events in the medieval mill bakery, horseback riding tours... etc.
Community Area:
We have an existing old barn of approx. 100m2. We would like to refurbish it to a lovely place which will be suitable for dinners, workshops, presentations, private concerts, lectures, Christmas dinners and/or exhibitions. The barn will have doors to both directions, to the Glamping side and to our private plots. In this way we might be able to use its place when there are no guest. We will build a bar table into it to be able to serve coffee and fresh drinks the rest it will be a free place to sit and have a good chat. The barn will have a terrace as well to be able to sit/read/relax outside, under the sun or shadow.
